It's been a while since I been on my own...

I actually haven't got a lot to say, but I keep thinking about the fact that I haven't posted anything in a few days and.... I dunno.

I've been watching Degrassi since I got home. Well, kind of watching as I work on my history homework. It's really like 30 minutes of Canadian insanity and I always used to say how unrealistic it is except.... I keep seeing things that actually sound familiar. Like someone starting a 'Facerange' to say horrible things about someone. Oh, and the police are questioning a ninth grader.
Yeah, they pack a lot of stuff into half an hour, more than usually happens in a week or a month, and there's not a lot to be said about the quality of the acting, but it's not all so outlandish as it may seem.

Except for that whole girl becoming a super model thing.

I didn't really intend to write an entire post about the merits of Degrassi, but it's on television, and I'm home all alone, so its what's on my mind at the moment.
Why do people find it so hard to show some understanding? Why is our first reaction to be cruel?

I need to plug my cellphone in, and do something other than brood here on the couch.

In other news:
7th Period Health is gonna get Ms. Alapa on the Ellen show. Seriously.
